New Patients & Other Inquiries

Please schedule a free phone call to get started if you are a parent or caregiver interested in therapy, evaluation, or parent support services.

If you are inquiring about other services (e.g., presentations), please complete the contact form below. The office will contact you within 24-48 business hours to follow up.

Current Patients

Families are welcome to schedule appointments with Dr. Bhatia during sessions, by sending a message about scheduling via the patient portal messenger, or by calling the office (239-922-1440).

Please schedule an appointment to discuss all clinical concerns. Phone calls and messages will be responded to within 24-48 business hours.

Please give 24 business hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. This will allow other patients to take the appointment slot. No shows and late cancellations will be charged a fee.

Evaluation Note: Please let the practice know as soon as possible if you cannot make your scheduled testing time. There is often a wait list for evaluations so advance notice will allow others to be seen sooner. No shows and late cancellations will be charged a fee.

Referrals for Therapy and Evaluation Services

If you are a medical office or community provider referring a patient to the practice, please fax the referral to 239-922-1450. Please note that a referral is not required for a patient to be accepted, but it can help facilitate the process. Submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance into the practice. It is the family’s responsibility to follow up with our office after the referral has been submitted. Referrals that are not followed up on within one month will be closed. Thank you for helping us support children and families in our community.

Emergencies

Naples Behavioral Pediatric Therapy is an outpatient therapy practice, not a center for acute/severe safety concerns or emergencies. If there is a safety concern or life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go directly to your nearest emergency room.
