An Online Wellness Workshop for High School Students

As your teen begins or continues the college application process, they may face increasing stress, pressure, and uncertainty. The transition from high school to college is an exciting time—but it can also be overwhelming. That’s why Naples Behavioral Pediatric Therapy has created a supportive, skills-based workshop to help students stay grounded, motivated, and organized through it all.

About the Online Workshop

This three-session live, online workshop is specifically designed for high school seniors who are preparing for or actively completing college applications. Led by a licensed psychologist, Dr. Sonya Bhatia, the course introduces students to emotional and behavioral wellness strategies that not only support success during application season but also lay a strong foundation for college life.

What Students Will Learn

  • How to set meaningful goals and stay focused

  • How to identify personal values to drive motivation

  • Effective time management techniques

  • How to build healthy habits and productive routines

  • Stress reduction and emotional regulation strategies

  • Tools for staying balanced through academic pressures

Led by Dr. Sonya Bhatia

This course is facilitated by Dr. Sonya Bhatia, a psychologist at Naples Behavioral Pediatric Therapy with expertise in adolescent development, emotional wellness, and behavioral therapy. Dr. Bhatia has taught various classes with elementary, high school, and university-level students. 

Format & Details

  • Format: 3 online sessions. Sessions are live. Students can participate as much or as little as they wish. 

    • Session 1 Dates and Times: August 31st, September 7th, and September 14th from 12PM- 1:15PM​

  • Audience: High school seniors

  • Cost: $300

  • Registration: Open now.
