Service Rates & Payment Information
Psychological & Psychoeducational Evaluation Rates
Comprehensive evaluations vary by evaluation type and generally range from $2,000- $3,500. Evaluations are billed at a rate of $220 per hour. Please call to inquire about the cost of your child's specific assessment needs. A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) will be provided which provides the estimated total cost for your child's specific evaluation. The GFE will be provided before any evaluations begin.​​​
Please contact the office to inquire about the cost of partial batteries (e.g., gifted testing), which require fewer hours. An individualized quote can be provided based on your needs.
Therapy Rates

Initial Intake Session: $250 (60 minutes)

Subsequent Sessions: $220 (50 minutes)

Child attends most sessions; Parents are involved in treatment as determined by the treatment plan. Frequency varies by case and may be ongoing.

Typically 12 weekly sessions focused exclusively on teaching parents strategies to reduce their child's anxiety. Child does not attend. Additional meetings can be scheduled as needed.

Child can, but does not have to, participate in individual therapy while parents are in SPACE.

Direct individual therapy aimed at improving skills for managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and building skills towards independence. Parents may be included for collaborative treatment planning if the young adult consents to (and wants) their involvement.

Step Up for Students
Unique Abilities Scholarship
Naples Behavioral Pediatric Therapy is proud to accept the Step Up for Students FES-UA Scholarship. This scholarship helps eligible families access services for children with unique abilities, including therapy and evaluations. If your child qualifies for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA), you may be able to use those funds towards therapy and evaluations services at Naples Behavioral Pediatric Therapy.
